Mohan International School recently organized a vibrant and educational Healthy Food Activity to promote nutrition awareness and healthy eating habits among students. The event aimed to encourage children to make informed food choices and understand the benefits of a balanced diet.
Students from various grades enthusiastically participated by bringing colorful and nutritious food items such as fruits, vegetables, sprouts, sandwiches, and salads.
Teachers discussed the importance of different food groups and the long-term benefits of eating fresh and wholesome foods. Fun games, quizzes, and poster-making activities related to healthy eating further engaged students and reinforced learning.

Earth Day Celebration at Mohan International School
Mohan International School celebrated Earth Day on 22nd April 2025 with great enthusiasm and awareness. The event aimed to instill a sense of responsibility and care for our planet.
The celebration began with a special morning assembly highlighting the importance of Earth Day and this year's theme: "Restore Our Earth." Students presented inspiring speeches, poems, and a short skit emphasizing environmental conservation and sustainable living.
The Principal Ms Maushumi Banerji addressed the gathering, encouraging everyone to adopt eco-friendly habits such as reducing plastic use, conserving water, and recycling waste. Students also took a Green Pledge to protect and nurture the environment.
The day concluded with a collective commitment to act as responsible global citizens and take meaningful steps to preserve the Earth for future generations.

Basant Panchami
Basant Panchami also known as Saraswati Puja is a Hindu festival that marks the start of Spring season. It is celebrated by worshipping the goddess Saraswati who is the goddess of knowledge,music and arts. The students of MIS celebrated Basant Panchami by offering prayers to Ma Saraswati on 3rd February 2025. Students attended school in yellow attire. Basant Panchami is not just a festival, it is a day to celebrate learning and the joy of life, bringing people together in harmony and happiness. The decoration done by the aspirants was remarkable. They celebrated the day with Zeal and enthusiasm.
