INVESTITURE CEREMONY
The Investiture Ceremony was held on 1st August 2023 at Mohan
International School to encourage and kindle leadership qualities in
our young prodigies. , Investiture Ceremony is not just about
providing titles, but about conferring responsibilities to the students,
to take charge of the school and take it to the height they desire with
their leadership and decision making skills, communication and
teamwork.
The Student Council for the session 2023-24 was formed. Students were chosen for the School Posts and House Posts.
Newly formed Council – Head Boy and Head Girl along with House
Prefects, were honoured with batches by our respected principal, Ms.
Maushumi Banerji. Principal Ma’am administered the oath of
allegiance to the newly appointed Board of Students’ Council, who
swore to serve their duties with utmost sincerity and to the best of
their abilities. Our honourable Sachin sir gave away the sashes to the
Head boy and the Head girl. Principal ma’am then congratulated the
newly elected Students’ Council and emphasised the significance of
setting priorities and the need of the hour to be a team player. She
reminded them that they are the torch bearers of all the values that the
School stands for and urged them to take responsibility with
commitment and integrity. The zeal of the council was reflected in
their confidence and dedication to execute their work.

EDUCATIONAL TRIP
Mohan International School organised an educational trip for students on 29th May 2023 at Bangla Sahib Gurudwara.
During the visit students got to know that Bangla Sahib Gurdwara is a palatial structure built of white marble with gold finishing’s and Four of its largest domes are wrapped in gold and exude the brilliance of the sun in the daytime. Students were amazed to know that this opulent edifice was indeed a palace four hundred years ago – the abode of Raja Jai Singh. After long visit students then assembled in a spacious dining hall – the Langar hall, and sat on the floor in a traditional way and had Langar.Ms Mousumi Jana,Ms Soma Dey and Ms Sharmila Chandra accompanied the students during the trip.
Students were overwhelmed with the learning experience about the rich history of the Indian culture.

HEALTH AWARENESS PROGRAM
Mohan International school conducted health awareness program for the aspirants on 12th May 2023 sponsored by Cornitos Nachos.They launched a new item which was baked product,cholesterol and transfat free so that the students can enjoy them anytime and anywhere. The main focus was to aware the students of healthy eating habits and how to take care of their health by eating good food. After the culmination of the program all the students were provided with a new sample packet of nachos.

CELEBRATION OF ANNUAL FEST BY SATYAM COLLEGE OF EDUCATION
Satyam College of Education Celebrated its annual fest NAVYA on 21st Feb 2023 with great fun and frolic.The programme commenced with the lightening of the lamp by honourable chairperson and the guest of honours.The theme of the event was ‘ One Nation, Many Traditions’. Students showcased their talents in different categories of the competitions namely fusion dance,folk dance, nukkad natak etc.The whole environment of the college was full of colours, enchanting environment, beautiful attires,mesmerizing music and unforgettable entertainment.The college invited the principal of Mohan International school Ms Maushami Banerji and facilitated her with the guest of honour.Principal ma,am provided the opportunity to Ms Soms Dey and Ms Sharmila Chandra to attend the fest of the college. They both were also facilitated with the guest of honour.The event culminated with the vote of thanks by HOD Academics along with sumptuous lunch.

PICNIC AT CHILDREN’S PARK NOIDA
Mohan International School, Sec 62 Noida conducted a picnic for the kids of classes LKG, UKG and Class I along with the play group on 10th Feb 2023 (Friday). Picnics are one of the most exciting things that children and adults love equally. It helps us divert from daily life and adds a touch of variety to our lives. Moreover, a picnic can take us to another world that is different from the one we live in daily. It adds charm to our life and is a nice refreshment in our life. Students enjoyed different rides and played lots of games.The most enjoyable time was in the play area with swings,slides,sea saw and many more.The teachers played a great role in guiding the kids. Picnics are great for reigniting love and forming bonds with one another. They enhance the mental and physical health. Also, they keep the light and love glowing that sometimes get lost in our daily lives.The young ones enjoyed to their utmost with great zeal and enthusiasm.Refreshments were provided to the kids.

Visit to Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium
The principal of Mohan International school Ms Mausumi Banerji along with the students and teachers visited the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on 23rd of January 2023 to witness the celebration of Amrit Mahotsav and 126th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
Military tattoo and tribal dance festival called 'Aadi Shaurya - Parv Parakram Ka' was held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi on January 23 and 24 respectively to celebrate Republic Day and commemorate the 126th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.
The two-day festival showcased the prowess of the armed forces and ethnic beauty of the country's tribal culture. The aim of the festival is to remember the sacrifices of the country’s bravehearts and celebrate the rich cultural heritage which makes India so unique and diverse. The objective is to celebrate together the bravery of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose; embrace the true spirit of India and renew the commitment to building a strong and prosperous New India.

Mohan International school celebrated Christmas on 23rd December 2022 with joy and excitement.The boundless joy of celebration,the festival was amply visible on the faces of the young ones.The delightful celebration culminated with dancing and sharing the merriment together.

Astrounding School Picnic At Adventure Park
Mohan International School conducted an amazing picnic at an adventure Park (KHET CAMP at Greater Noida) on 17.12.22(sat).An all round quality education to the aspirants were provided by the school.On a beautiful winter morning the cheerful and excited young minds travelled to the location in the conveyance organised by the school.On reaching the adventure park the students enthusiastically explored the alluring beauty and boundies of nature.After the exhilarating activities the students settled down to partake the fulsome refreshment.The students danced on the floor with great energy on the thumping dancing numbers.Even the teachers were rejuvenated.After a long covid period our Principal ma’am Ms Maushami Banerjee motived the students to come back to the mainstream.Deepika ma’am not only drove the tractor but also coordinated the students.Nishta ma'am managed the front desk of office for the da

Ramleela At MIS
To ignite the festival spirit and to educate the cultural value Mohan International school celebrated Ramleela on 30th Sep 2022 with all grandeur.The mentors helped the little ones to boost their confidence to enact small roles.They learnt how Lord Rama got victory over evil i.e Ravana.The show went spectacular with the constant guidance of the mentors.The young ones enjoyed to their fullest with immense joy and pleasure.

Mohan International School in Noida Hosts a Carnival
Mohan International School at Noida Sector - 62 organised a carnival on 23rd December,2022. All the students were divided into groups as per their houses. Each house represented each zone. North Zone -Shubhash House, South Zone- Bhagat House, East Zone- Tilak House, West Zone - Azad House.
Beautiful images of each house's zone were created by the students. In their customary outfits, all the students looked adorable. They displayed the dance styles from several states as well as well-known locals. Some kids performed couplets and poetry. Mini India appeared to be standing on the ground.
The show was both interesting and educational. It was a perfect example of unity in diversity.Christmas carols were played in honour of Christmas after this colourful presentation.
At the conclusion, Chief Guest Nawab Singh Nagarji delivered an invigorating speech and inspired the youngsters to pursue greatness and honesty.
According to him, the two goals of any religion are peace and happiness. The programme came to a delicious conclusion as kids indulged in delicious muffins. Overall, the programme was beneficial and enabled students to broaden their perspectives and explore new realms.

Patriotic Fervour at Mohan International School ,Noida
Mohan International School celebrated Independence Day on 15th August, 2022. The event commenced with flag hoisting by our Chief Guest, Nawab Singh Nagarji after which all the teachers sang the National Anthem of Azad Hind Fauz.
Then ,our little wonders exhibited their zeal and enthusiasm through an invigorating presentation of the song, "We Shall Overcome''.
In the end, Nawab Singh Nagarji delivered a motivating speech and shared with the students the true meaning of freedom and the rights and duties associated with it. He also talked about the freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for this country.
The programme concluded on a sweet note as sweets were distributed among children. The children enjoyed the day and understood a lot of human values.

Celebration of Republic Day
Mohan international school celebrated Republic Day with unprecedented patriotic fervour. The gamut of the celebration activities held on the campus consisted of patriotic poem and speech. The entire school assembled at the ground. Our honourable Sachin hoisted the flag. The national anthem echoed the entire campus. Sir gave a speech reminding the students and teachers about the constitution of India. An interactive session was conducted between the students are sir. The spirit of freedom and nationalism was well exhibited by the aspirants. Sweets were distributed among the students at the end of the program.

Rhyme and Rhythm
Rhyme help children experience the rhythm of language. LKG and UKG kids of Mohan International School, sec 62, Noida performed 'Rhyme and Rhythm ' day on 6th December 2019.Kids delivered rhyme on animals, fruits and transport. A rhyme is employed for the specific purpose of rendering a pleasing effect to a poem which makes its recital an enjoyable experience. The little ones used masks while they showcased their rhyme. The juniors rejoiced this funfilled day with pleasure and happiness.

Teachers seminar on Artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Mohan international school conducted workshop for computer teachers on Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning at Radisson Blu MBD hotel. The Principal, MS Maushami Banerjee attended the workshop along with MS Vijaylaxmi Raikwar . This workshop with its carefully curated cutting edge content benefitted the teachers. At the workshop teachers gathered knowledge on motion and manipulation. Intelligence is required for robots to handle task such as object manipulation and navigation. The positive impact AI research can have on humanity will start to be across many walks of life , much of it behind the scenes. The closing address was followed by lunch. The workshop was creditable and informative. The workshop provided a deep insight to this future technology and it's implementation in education.
Christmas Celebration
Christmas brings cheer and love. Mohan international school celebrated Christmas on 24th December 2020 with fervour, spreading the message of love and joy among the students. We wish you a Merry Christmas and dashing through the snow filled the air with festivity. Santa made a grand entry and gave adorable poses to clicks. The entire school was filled by the positive vibrations of Christmas carols. Santa distributed the gifts and the smiles on the faces of the children was amazing. This celebration taught the aspirants the joy of celebrating all the festivals. They participated with joy and excitement.

Dental Awareness Camp
Mohan international school, sec 62 Noida organized Dental awareness camp for students on 9 th December 2019 sponsored by Jain Dental Clinic. The camp was initiated with dental awareness talk, educating students about common dental ailment,especially stressing on tooth decay and gum diseases and measures to prevent from them. The students were highlighted about the eating patterns and food choices which causes tooth decay. The aspirants got ample opportunities to interact with the dentists to enquire and gain knowledge concerning oral diseases. On completion of the dental check up each student was given a report summary of the diagnosed problem and the recommended dental treatment plan.
Yoga Workshop
Dr B Islam former state training commissioner KVS HRD govt of India as well as the author of NCERT yoga books conducted a special assembly for teachers and students workshop for yoga at Mohan International School, sec 62 Noida in 5th December 2019.Yoga enhances all the activities of the students be it academic or social. Yoga provide attention in studies and a heightened awareness and balanced attitude for social action. Dr Islam demonstrated in brain message for relaxation, stress reduction, survical as well as body and mind fitness. The aspirants and the teachers participated with great energy and enthusiasm.
Art Meet
(Teachers Workshop)
Workshop gives opportunities to meet new people in the art world, gain exposure, beef up contact list and stimulate own creativity. MS Neena Rathaur and MS Soni Nagar from Mohan International School, sec 62, Noida attended the Art Meet Workshop sponsored by Camlin. Camlin products are so useful that if the kids consume them then also it will cause no harm to them. MS Neena Rathaur placed her review about the Camlin product in front of the viewers. Camlin launched transparent geometry box for students which they can use it in CBSE board exam. Refreshment was provided at the beginning of the workshop. After the culmination of the program lunch was provided. The teachers were felicitated with certificate.

KARATE TOURNAMENT
The aspirants of Mohan International School brought laurels by winning medals and trophy in ' Dojo karate tournament ' organized by DS Sports camp. The students were able to achieve this feat because of the meticulous training given by the Sports sir. Karate tournament can provide young students with valuable insights into their own strengths and weaknesses. It is an endeavor for our school.

Evoking Inspiration Workshop
This workshop was on beyond teaching which motivated the teachers of Mohan International school and enhanced their knowledge. This was organized on 31st August, 2019. Evoking Inspiration workshop was attended by the Principal, Ms. Maushami Banerjee along with Ms. Sharmila Chandra and Ms. Rani Chaudhary at Alhcon International School. The workshop was conducted by Chinmaya Mission. The aim of this workshop was not just to increase awareness among the youth but to make them arrive at the right convictions through rational thinking so that they live life with a higher vision and purpose. Meditation was conducted in the workshop. It gave an answer to all emotional, social and spiritual needs. The topic of discussion was 'Dynamic Living'. In the first session, Swamiji gave a general talk on what is 'Dynamic Living ' and spoke on its seven tools-being cheerful, courageous, friendly, rational, considerate, expressive and productive. While this was at the worldly level, post lunch he spoke on the subtle components of dynamic living where in he discussed about Vision, Goal Management, Will, Clarity and Healthy Resolutions. Refreshments and gifts were provided to all the participants after the workshop. The session was a all round success.
Debate Competition
Mohan International School , Sector-62, Noida organised an English debate competition on 2nd November, 2019. The aim of the competition was to hone public speaking skills of the students and teach them to be articulate while expressing their thoughts and opinions.

Talent Hunt
To give wings to children, to persue their dreams and bring out their hidden talent, Mohan International School, Sector-62, Noida organized a Talent Hunt Competition at its campus on 24th October, 2019. The main reason behind organizing this competition is to nurture the intrinsic qualities of students which helps in personality development too. The aspirants showcased their talents in singing, dancing, recitation, art, magic and playing instruments like tabla. Classes III to Class VIII participated in this competition. The key attraction of Talent Hunt was 'tabla' played by Ansh Mishra of class VI. Finally at the end, the teachers also joined the program to motivate the students.

Outdoor Campaigning- SAY NO TO CRACKERS
'SAY NO TO CRACKERS' campaign was organized by Mohan International school, Sector-62, Noida on 25th October, 2019 with the aim of creating awareness among the masses about the tremendous air pollution caused due to bursting of crackers. With the noble aim of celebrating 'Green Diwali' students pledged to say 'NO to crackers '. A special rally was flagged off on the day by Ms. Vijaylakshmi Raikwar and Ms. Sharmila Chandra to advocate the message- 'Let's celebrate Green Diwali '. The rally saw lots of enthusiasm among the students as they vociferated slogans. Mohan International school has always been making endeavors to spread awareness regarding the environmental issues inspiring the students to make our Earth- a better place to live.

Mohan International School Noida sec 62 celebrated 73rd Independence Day with unprecedented patriotic fervour. The gamut of celebration activities held on the campus consisted of special morning assembly, gayatri mantra, patriotic song, poem and speech. The entire school assembled at the ground. The honourable Chief guest Sir Nawab singh Nagarji hoisted the tricolour flag. The national anthem echoed the entire campus. The chief guest and Principal ma'am gave a speech reminding the students and teachers of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. They also told to serve our motherland, India with heart, body and soul. The spirit of freedom and nationalism was well exhibited by the aspirants.

Quiz Competition

Mohan international school, sec 62 Noida conducted a Quiz competition from classes 5th to 10th to update their knowledge on different era specially on current affairs. This was sponsored by ' Zebronics,an IT company and gaming peripherals, sound system, mobile and lifestyle accessories that every household
In the country can afford. In the quiz competition two rounds were conducted. First round was question and answer round and the second round was multiple choice round. Ist, 2nd and 3rd were felicitated with certificates and prizes. Students who gave correct answers were provided with participation certificates. It was a moment of pride for our school and the Students were encouraged to give their best. The students were at their literary best while answering the questions. It was very informative and knowledge enriching competition. The aspirants were overwhelmed and participated with great zeal and enthusiasm.
